Gabriel Feng

I am a first-year EECS PhD student at MIT, working on advanced semiconductor devices. Previously, I studied Electrical Engineering and Physics at Georgia Tech, with a focus on semiconductor device physics and integration.

As an undergraduate, my research included work on carbon nanotube field emission arrays, epitaxial graphene growth and characterization, and photonic packaging for optical interconnects. I also have industry experience at IBM Research, Samsung Semiconductor, and Northrop Grumman.

I am broadly interested in advancing the physics, fabrication, and packaging of semiconductor devices, with the goal of enabling next-generation electronic and photonic systems.
